Memorials at Sea, based in Newport Beach, California performs scattering of ashes or placement at sea off the coastline of the magnificient California Riviera.

Upon reaching the desired location we, bring the vessel to rest. Special requests and specific locations can be accommodated at a nominal additional fee. Clergy and onboard services can be arranged. Flowers and other appropriate momentos may also be dispensed as long as they are biodegradable and conform to California and U.S. Government Regulations.

As a State of California Licensed Cremated Remains Disposers (license #664 & #665), we are always mindful of a family's need for scattering in a refined, dignified, and reflective manner. We are governed and abide by some of the strictest environmental protection laws in the country, and are in full compliance with all applicable State & Federal Regulations.

The required governmental reporting is included as part of our services at no additional cost. A commemorative card identifying the latitude and longitude of the dispersal will be sent to you indicating the date and exact location of scattering for you to keep as a memorial.
